Description: This is a rare, exotic distinct monofloral varietal of honey harvested by the bees from flower nectar of Macadamia Nut trees which are found only in some parts of central east Australia. (☛Note: It is not any unidentified, multifloral blend of honey infused with some artificial Macadamia flavor or essence.) Obviously sweeter and possessing a slightly stronger floral taste than Rainforest and Floral Blend, this Macadamia honey renders a subtle nutty hint on the taste buds. A great emulsifier for salad dressings and sauces, a hearty spread for toasts, and choice of sweetener for baking and your morning Teh and Kopi!
