Note: Raw honey granulates over time. It is a mark of being "100% raw". This is a multi-floral raw honey, so depending on the types of flower nectar source that are harvested, some batches may granulate within weeks while others may remain liquid and clear for a long time (most companies cream their honey to overcome crystallization issues).
